Academic profile

This website brings together my academic activity in teaching, research and outreach, with particular attention to statistics applied to economics, data analysis, behavioural economics and the study of social capital in economic and social contexts.

The site is conceived as a stable and sober personal academic website, aimed at presenting publications, teaching materials, support resources and outreach content in an orderly way.

Areas of work

Applied statistics

Statistical inference, multivariate methods, data analysis and empirical applications in economics, business and the social sciences.

Behavioural economics

Analysis of decisions, beliefs, preferences, academic assessment, tax behaviour and response processes.

Social capital and risk

Study of social capital, institutional trust, citizen profiles, tax behaviour and links with economic and social risk.

Teaching and AI

Teaching materials for statistics, responsible use of artificial intelligence and development of applied statistical reasoning.

Approach

Statistics is presented here as a tool for decision-making in real contexts. The priority is not only to apply techniques, but to select appropriate methods, justify their use, interpret results and communicate conclusions clearly.
